Rebranding supports real estate companies' expansion plans

A number of experts and dealers in the real estate sector agreed that changing the name and branding of companies supports their expansion plan and future vision, provided that it is linked to a comprehensive development plan that reflects the company.
They stressed that changing the “brand” must reflect the new transformation of real estate companies, whether expansion or improving the mental image of customers.
Engineer Ayman El-Kossy, Managing Director and CEO of Midar Investment and Urban Development Company, said that it decided to change the brand to support the company’s plans to expand and increase its business volume during the coming period, in preparation for its inclusion in the government offering program.
The Future Company for Urban Development announced the change of the brand to “Midar for Investment and Urban Development”, in preparation for its inclusion in the government offering program, as the company was chosen to be offered in partnership with investors, whether through selling to a strategic investor or through offering on the Egyptian Stock Exchange.
El-Kosy explained that the expansion of the company's business and its achievement of large growth rates was a major motive for building on what has been achieved, pointing out that the company has developed an ambitious plan to expand within the Egyptian real estate market by applying an innovative concept in the field of developing and operating integrated megacities.
He said that this step came in conjunction with the company's new vision, which aims to achieve integration with the distinguished urban communities in the Future City project, as well as providing all the factors of attraction for major investors in Egypt and abroad, through a variety of contracting policies for the development and development of lands through sale or sale. partnership.
He stressed that Medar aims during the coming period to conclude a group of strong partnerships with major economic and investment entities, in a way that contributes to supporting the national economy.

Abdullah Salam, CEO of Madinat Misr for Housing and Development, said that it decided to change its name to reflect the company's new direction for urban development throughout the Arab Republic of Egypt, not just Nasr City.
And the board of directors of Madinet Nasr for Housing and Development decided, during the month of April, to amend the name in the company’s articles of association to “Medina Misr for Housing and Development.”
Salam added that the company made a slight change to its brand, pointing out that the aim of the change is only one year after the previous change, with the aim of improving the visual identity to reflect the new transformation of the company into an urban development platform.
