The Minister of Housing issues a package of assignments to the heads of agencies in 4 new cities

Dr. Assem Al-Jazzar, Minister of Housing, Utilities and Urban Communities, held an expanded meeting with the heads of the cities’ agencies (October Gardens – New October – October 6th – Sheikh Zayed), at the headquarters of the October Gardens City Authority, to follow up on the position of the various projects being implemented in those cities, in the presence of ministry officials. And the CEO of the Social Housing and Real Estate Finance Support Fund, and officials of the New Urban Communities Authority.

And Dr. Assem El-Gazzar issued a package of assignments to the heads of the cities’ agencies (Hadayek October – New October – 6th of October – Sheikh Zayed), with regard to the implementation of various projects, especially the presidential initiative “Housing all Egyptians” – the low axis, stressing that this project is one of the most important Projects being implemented at the state level.

The Minister of Housing stressed the need to adhere to the deadlines set for the completion of the implementation of projects, and not to be complacent with the contracting companies that fail to adhere to the specified time programs, and not to deal with those companies, and to deal only with serious contractors, and the periodic and vigorous follow-up of all stages of implementation to avoid any delay, stressing Commitment to the highest quality in the implementation of finishing works, in order to achieve a quality of life for citizens.
