Housing adopts 92 ministerial decisions to develop projects in the Administrative Capital

The Ministry of Housing, represented by the Urban Communities Authority, approved 92 ministerial decisions to develop and develop projects in the Administrative Capital, according to Dr. Walid Abbas, Associate Minister of Housing, who supervises the planning and projects sector at the Urban Communities Authority.

Abbas said, in exclusive statements to “Property Plus,” that the ministerial decisions issued for land projects in various regions of the New Administrative Capital, and the ministry aims to complete the ministerial decisions to speed up the start of development and development work for projects.

The Ministry of Housing, represented by the Urban Communities Authority, had previously agreed to allocate 23 plots of land according to the dollar payment mechanism in the New Administrative Capital. Of the land in dollars, for Egyptians and foreigners during the past two years, 1.2 billion dollars, 25% of the value was collected, and the rest is collected within 4 years, according to Dr. Assem El-Gazzar, Minister of Housing.
