Mountain View launches its largest project, ALIVA, which will change the standards of the real estate sector in Egypt

Mountain View Development and Real Estate Investment announced the launch of its latest and largest project ever in the Egyptian market, the ALIVA project, in Mostaqbal City in New Cairo.

It is noteworthy that the total investments of the entire project amount to 140 billion pounds and includes about 12,000 units in all its stages.

The new ALIVA project extends over an area of ​​638 acres, which is the largest plot of land for a real estate developer in Mostaqbal City, New Cairo.
