Mountain View plans to pump investments worth 14.5 billion pounds in 2024

Mountain View Development and Real Estate Investment achieved total sales exceeding 61 billion pounds during 2023. East Cairo topped Mountain View’s sales in 2023 with a value of 38 billion pounds, then the North Coast with a value of 14.3 billion pounds, and finally the West Cairo region with sales reaching 8.7 billion pounds. 

Mountain View aims to pump investments worth 14.5 billion pounds during 2024. To implement the stages that it launched in existing projects, such as iCity New Cairo, October, MV Ras El Hekma, LVLS, and ALIVA projects.

Engineer Amr Soliman, founder and executive chairman of Mountain View, said that it achieved “this success due to its strategy in dealing flexibly with the economic challenges facing the Egyptian economy in general and the real estate sector in particular.”

Suleiman explained that the company has developed an integrated plan based on launching a number of new projects, and that it has an ambitious investment plan during the new year with total investments amounting to 14.5 billion pounds.
