SODIC contracts with Nobu Hospitality to establish two hotels in West Cairo and the North Coast

Sodic, the leading real estate development company in Egypt, announced its partnership with Nobu Hospitality, the world famous brand in the world of hospitality. About the expansion plans for the global Nobu brand for the first time in Egypt. Through the development of two luxury hotels and hotel units, in addition to the famous Nobu restaurant in Sodic projects. Under the partnership, the international Nobu brand will be launched in two SODIC projects in New Zayed and the North Coast.

Backed by SODIC's excellent experience and reputation in the Egyptian market, Nobu's expansions in Egypt will include the construction of two five-star hotels with investments exceeding millions of dollars. This comes in addition to the famous Nobu Restaurant and hotel apartment units bearing the Nobu brand, as well as an integrated package of facilities and facilities. Which will serve residents and visitors according to the best international standards.

The hotel and Nobu Hotel and Residences are located in the Sodic New Zayed project in West Cairo. which is witnessing a great urban growth.

It is expected to be built in the space designated for single family homes and exclusive apartments. The hotel and hotel units form part of the “The Estates Residences” project.
