The Board of Directors of the Urban Communities Authority approves the allocation of 83 plots of land in 20 new cities

The Board of Directors of the New Urban Communities Authority, in its meeting chaired by Dr. Assem Al-Gazzar, Minister of Housing, Utilities and Urban Communities, agreed to allocate 83 plots of land in 20 new cities, to establish projects with various activities, including (integrated urban - mixed urban - nurseries - bakery - church, Medical, educational, industrial, commercial, administrative, residential, and other activities).

Dr. Assem Al-Gazzar said: In the city of New Cairo, 27 plots of land were allocated for activities (integrated urban - mixed urban - recreational and gardens - industrial - administrative commercial - residential commercial - school - car service and supply station - medical - warehouse), and in the tenth city Since Ramadan, 12 plots of land were allocated, with activities (commercial, administrative, residential, educational, industrial, commercial, administrative, agricultural plots, car service and supply station, workshop complex), and in 6th of October City, a plot of land was allocated, with activities (integrated urban), In Badr City, 7 plots of land were allocated for activities (commercial, administrative, commercial, and mixed residential).

The Minister of Housing added: In Shorouk City, 3 plots of land were allocated for activities (integrated urban - commercial and administrative), and in Obour City, 5 plots of land were allocated for activities (administrative, commercial, residential - industrial), and in May 15 City, 3 were allocated. Plots of land, with activities (commercial, administrative and residential), and in New Damietta City, a plot of land was allocated, with activity (workshop), and in the city of October Gardens, 4 plots of land were allocated, with activities (mixed urban - commercial, administrative and residential), and in New October City. The minister pointed out that in the new city of Obour, 5 plots of land were allocated for activities (commercial, administrative, nursery, and satellite services complex), and in the new city of Suez, a plot of land was allocated for (industrial) activities, and in the new city of Beni Suef, Two plots of land were allocated, with activities (residential, commercial - administrative), and in the new city of Fayoum, a plot of land was allocated, with (administrative) activity, and in the new city of Sohag, 4 plots of land were allocated, with activities (commercial, administrative, residential - bakery), and in the city In New Minya, a plot of land was allocated for (commercial) activity, and in New Assiut City, a plot of land was allocated for (integrated urban) activity, and in New Qena City, a plot of land was allocated for (residential, commercial, administrative) activity, and in New Nasser City. “West Assiut”, a plot of land was allocated to an activity (church).
