Assistant Minister of Housing: 14 new cities are being planned, in addition to the implementation of 24 others belonging to the “fourth generation.”

Assistant Minister of Housing for Technical Affairs, Dr. Abdul Khaleq Ibrahim, revealed that the ministry is currently planning to implement 14 new cities within the fourth generation cities, in addition to the implementation of 24 current cities, which will serve 32 million people.
He continued that these cities include 9 in Greater Cairo, 6 in Upper Egypt, 4 in Lower Egypt, and 5 in the Suez Canal region, pointing out that the cost of these cities amounts to about 1.3 trillion pounds.
