Housing demand and supply

A recent study, done by Claro Real Estate Company, defined supply and demand magnitude for residential ownership in Egypt according to social and economic classes. Throughout the last three years, the results demonstrated a surplus in the real estate market whose residential unit exceeds two millions Egyptian pound; the surplus is amounted to 60,000 residential units annually. As well, it showed an annual deficiency of 80,000 residential units whose price is less than a million Egyptian pounds.
