The Ministry of Housing and Urban Communities offered 21 plots of land in the southern region of the new city of El Alamein to the private sector through a partnership system for the construction of residential towers similar to the beach towers in the first phase of the city.

A source in the Ministry of Housing said that the ministry presented the area as one of the promising areas in the new city of El Alamein, indicating that the area will be linked to the sea through water lakes to raise the market value of the land.

He explained that the ministry opened the door for investors to submit official requests to obtain lands, and then the Ministry of Housing studies them and decides on the submitted offers and chooses the most suitable ones, indicating that there are directives from the Minister of Housing to choose companies that have financial liquidity in dollars, provided that they are from outside Egypt. in order to save hard currency.

The source emphasized that the Ministry of Housing provides all necessary facilities to investors from different countries of the world, adding that Egypt is a promising market for investment in various fields, and it is the largest market in the Middle East.
