Housing offers land for urban activity with immediate allocation

The Ministry of Housing, Utilities and Urban Communities revealed the details of a new offering of investment lands with various activities. An integrated urban plot of land with an area of 48,202 square meters is being offered in the 10th of Ramadan City at a price of 5,110 pounds, and plots of land are available under the immediate allocation system approved by the Ministry.
Lands are being offered for immediate allocation in the city of New Minya, a commercially active land with an area of 1,400 square meters at a price of 15,335 pounds, and a commercially active land with an area of 765 square meters at a price of 15,010 pounds. The Ministry aims to diversify various types of land proposals and various activities in new cities.
The Ministry is moving to expand land offers, especially land offers in a partnership system with the private sector, whether in kind or in cash, and Beit Al Watan lands for Egyptians working abroad, with the aim of reviving the real estate investment movement and accelerating the pace of urban development. The Urban Communities Authority also continues to make investment lands available for its various commercial, administrative and service activities. Integrated industrial and urban development, for companies and developers, according to a specific plan, a group of lands are made available monthly in new cities, in order to meet the requests and desires of developers and companies and to support the development movement and development of new cities.
On another level, the Urban Communities Authority continues to offer investment plots of different sizes in new cities, on a monthly basis, with various commercial, administrative, integrated urban, service, industrial, agricultural, and other activities.
