Misr Real Estate City launches the Origami project in Taj City

Misr City Company announced the launch of its latest origami project in Taj City in New Cairo through Menak, a subsidiary of Misr City.

Menak is a real estate developer specializing in exclusive projects with a distinctive character and innovative concepts, which enhances the diversity of projects and real estate products offered by Madinat Misr Company to suit different tastes.

The launch of the Origami project comes in line with the company's expansion strategy, and its adoption of an ambitious plan that relies on innovation with the aim of meeting all the aspirations of its customers and developing the real estate market in Egypt.

Menak is considered the developer of a number of projects with innovative concepts in Egypt, such as The HOFT project, the first real estate investment project based on the partial ownership concept in Egypt, and the Kenda project, a project inspired by the Canadian lifestyle and the leading brand, which is located in Taj City.

The Origami project is the first project presented by Mink Company after its acquisition by Misr City Company, and the project’s artistic designs are inspired by traditional Japanese culture.

The Origami project is distinguished by its simple designs, in addition to the optimal use of spaces and shapes to create a community with a distinctive character.

The project's designs are inspired by the art of origami, which is characterized by modern architecture in white to satisfy all tastes, which consists of a unique combination of arranged lines and simple shapes that attract the eye.

Project details

The Origami project includes various residential units, as the project extends over an area of ​​434,284 square meters and is divided into two phases.

The first phase will launch with more than 500 units consisting of villas with unique and attractive designs that suit all tastes and aspirations of customers.

Various spaces

The project consists of independent villas with an area of ​​160 to 240 square metres, a townhouse with an area ranging from 156 to 159 square metres, and a Quattro villa, which is divided into four parts with an area of ​​143 square metres, to be delivered within four years.
