Social housing apartments 2024

Next November will witness the launch of 2024 social housing apartments for low- and middle-income people, as part of the presidential initiative Housing for All Egyptians, according to what Engineer Sherif El-Sherbiny, Minister of Housing, Utilities and Urban Communities, confirmed. The Minister answered a number of questions regarding social housing apartments in the press conference, whether about areas, prices, application method, and others. He stated that the number of social housing apartments available for the upcoming announcement is 70,000 housing units, including 60,000 for low-income people and 10,000 for middle-income people. He stated that unit prices vary from one region to another and according to supply and demand, and if there will be a movement in prices, compared to the previous announcement of residential units, it will be very slight.
