The government is preparing to start marketing the units of the new Fifth Garden City residential district in the Administrative Capital.

During his inspection of the Administrative Capital projects, Dr. Mostafa Madbouly, Prime Minister, and his entourage toured the new Fifth Residential District, R5 Garden City.

The Prime Minister inspected the businesses in the Fifth Residential District. To determine the progress of work in finishing the facades of buildings and residential units and site coordination work, and to inspect models of residential units that have been finished, stressing the need to adhere to the highest quality in implementing the various components of the project, and he was also tasked with quickly starting to market these distinguished units.

Dr. Assem Al-Gazzar, Minister of Housing, indicated that the fifth residential district, New Garden City, in the Administrative Capital, has an area of ​​885 acres, and all the concrete work has been completed, and finishing work is being carried out. The district includes 22,466 residential units, between residential buildings and mixed housing, Villas, townhouses, and twin houses.

During his tour of the new Garden City neighborhood, the Prime Minister followed up on the exterior finishing work and site coordination for the buildings. He also followed up on the implementation of the exterior finishing work and site coordination for the villas. The Minister of Housing said: The implementation of the facades is scheduled to be completed by the end of this year.
