Urban Communities Preparing a detailed plan for the new Obour land divisions

The New Urban Communities Authority of the Ministry of Housing revealed that a proposal for a detailed plan for land divisions in the area of 400 square meters is being prepared and is being reviewed and approved by the designated authority.
She indicated that an announcement will be made soon after the completion of the scheme’s approval, and the technology center for legalization customer service in the city witnessed a large turnout from legalization clients who were approved to reconcile the conditions of their land areas and failed to meet the deadlines set for them, in order to complete the procedures for reconciling the conditions announced in terms of reviewing the assets. Documents to pay the required amounts under the account of activity changes and utility costs.
The center also witnessed the influx of a large number of those who paid the required amounts at the expense of rationing to complete the required procedures in preparation for starting the lottery procedures, which are expected to be announced soon.
The agency appealed to everyone not to be led by any rumors or false news.
Eng. Sherif El-Sherbiny, Head of the New Administrative Capital City Authority, visited the work of the city's main sewage treatment plant on the Cairo-Suez road, as part of the field tours, with the aim of following up and advancing the work of the projects being implemented and overcoming any obstacles.
At the beginning of the tour, the head of the New Administrative Capital City Authority asked the company entrusted to carry out the station's work to submit a presentation of the executive position of the entire project, according to the timetable, and explains the percentages the project has reached so far.
The head of the New Administrative Capital Authority and his entourage also inspected the project site, stressing during the passage the need to pay attention to quality and perfection in the work, as well as the speedy completion of the work according to the timetable, while adhering to occupational health and safety standards.
El-Sherbiny also stressed the work team supervising the project to continuously follow up on the work that is being done and is being implemented, and to confirm supplies that they are in accordance with the approved standard specifications.
The Board of Directors of the New Urban Communities Authority, in its meeting chaired by Dr. Assem Al-Jazzar, Minister of Housing, Utilities and Urban Communities, agreed to grant a package of facilities and controls for small residential plots of land allocated to individuals (villas - buildings) in the new cities, as the Minister of Housing confirmed that this is within the framework of The Authority's keenness and interest in facilitating the citizens, enabling them to build their own homes, and accelerating the rates of development of new cities.
